About Matchpro Tennis..........
For 20 years now we have been introducing young people to tennis via our schools program.Players are taught the basic skills and then if they wish progress on at the club through our Squad system or our Futures and Performance programs.
The club has six courts and indoor mini tennis courts.
It runs a complete training program for juniors aged 3+ and also includes adult fun tennis sessions.
We aim to be a community family-orientated tennis club and have a wide range of tennis activities for all ages. The club is affiliated to the Lawn Tennis Association and receive an allocation of Wimbledon tickets each year.
We try to give each child a pathway to higher levels of tennis if they wish, with a structured training program through the squad system to Futures to the performance program.
Over the years we have produced one player who achieved a WTA professional world ranking, another who represented GB at Under-16 and 6 National level players.
All coaches who work at the club are LTA qualified DBS checked and First Aid trained and LTA accredited.
